Help??

I'm trying to convince my mum to buy me an iPhone 4S ...but it's not really working. I was gonna buy it myself but I've calculated that I would not get it until the year 2013!!

I need your thoughts and advice on how to win my mum over!

I've tried showing her all the features and videos on how it works and she seemed kinda impressed- but she thinks its just too expensive Sad

how much is it?

Tell her that you will buy it, and it lets you do more feeatures then anything, and if she got one, then she'll always know where you are. unless you dont go anywhere. lol.

^^ The cheapest one is £499 on pay as you go (I'm not allowed it on contract).

At the moment shes told me not to even mention the word iPhone in the house! lol

But I feel you girl. My mom won't even get me a phone.

A fun way to get money is babysitting, car washing, or ( my fave ) a garage sale! I am saving up for a phone to..

Parents don't really get kids, how we think of things.

Yeah I totally agree!

Problem is...I'm terrible with babies and small kids, know idea how to wash a car and I don't have anything to sell- I love all my stuff!!

Maybe wait till a holiday and she'll buy it, or on your birthday, hopefully.
Just letting you know one thing:
I kind of understand where your mom is coming from (well, she's a mom so she'll win but you know what I mean) because if she bought it for you, there goes 400 dollars worth of money to buy you and your siblings (if you have any that is) food and clothing. Just letting ya know.

Lol, she said she's thinking about my deal (she buys it now and I pay her back the money when I earn it)but...she's been thinking about it for a week and I keep asking her if she's come to a descision and she's like I'm still thinking... Smile
